Compare pizza value by area
Pizza value searches usually compare menu sizes, bundles and coupons. The fairest quick metric is total price divided by total pizza area.
Around - round pizza area, d - diameter.
Arect - rectangular pizza area, w - width, h - length.
Cin2 - cost per square inch, Porder - total price, Aone - area of one pizza, q - quantity.
What the metric does not include
- Crust thickness, edge size, toppings, cheese amount and pizza weight are not measured.
- Delivery fees, coupons and tips should be included in the total price only when comparing final checkout cost.
- A cheaper cost per square inch can still be a worse choice if quality, toppings or preferences differ.
